Say No to extrapounds

While media is full of junk food relatted ads, more and more people from all over the world face a serious problem:overweight. All of us know that eating the right food and taking regular exercise is the answer for a healthy lifestyle or a healthy weight loss.

Obesity is not only about some extra pounds, but a fact that can cause disorders and diseases that may be lethal for us. Let us mention only a few of them:  Diabetes is a metabolic disorder that can cause severe cardiovascular, kidney, eye and nerve damages. Adult blindness and impotence are only a few disfunctions caused by diabetes.  Hypertension ( high blood pressure), called also “ the silent killer”, can lead to serious brain, heart and kidney damage. It is a risk factor for brain stroke, besides diabetes and high cholesterol. A sad but true fact is that on average, someone dies of stroke every three minutes.  High cholesterol is another metabolic derangement the overweight persons face very often. It can cause cardiovascular diseases, so take care of your heart! You`ve got only one! Therefore, here are some useful weight loss pieces of advice :

1. Try a balanced diet, with more fruits, vegetables and grains and less fat!

2. Do more exercises every day! If you don`t enjoy going to gym, you could try walking, cycling, swimming,ice-skating, skiing, dancing, anything that keeps you moving to burn your extracalories.

3. Drink enough water every day! It refreshes your body, washes away the toxines and gives you a glowing, healthy skin.

4. See a doctor that can suggest you more alternatives to get rid of your extra pounds. There is a large number of diet pills available on the market but only a few have proven to be effective.
