Bad Breath

Never underestimate the power of bad breath from your mouth; when you emit a foul smelling breath from your mouth, the resulting effects could be very unpleasant. Also known as Halitosis, people suffering from this symptom loose their self confidence and self image, due to the public embarrassment that they go through as a result.   • Eucalyptus: Almost all commercial mouth washers and rinses, invariably contain traces of this beautiful herbal oil. You can make your own mouth wash, by adding drops of this essential oil, and mixing it with traces of spearmint, rosemary, ginger, nutmeg, lavender, peppermint, cinnamon, basil, and verbena and fennel oils, in a small amount of water.
  • Parsley: is another spice herb that has the ability to remove bad odor caused as a result of consuming too much garlic. It is also a good mouth freshener. 
  • Coriander: An old spice known for its excellent remedial value, coriander is well known for its amazing anti bacterial and anti-halitosis qualities, especially in many parts of China and India. Make a concoction of coriander by boiling the seeds in fresh water and drink it after adding a few drops of anise seeds and parsley extracts.
